Armando Guerrero Estrada
Director
Armando Guerrero Estrada is a DACAmented theologian, whose scholarship examines the interlacing of theological education, theologies of migration, and immigrant literature. He is A.B.D at Boston College School of Theology and Ministry. He received a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University’s Divinity School, where he also earned graduate certificates in Latin American Studies and Religion and the Arts in Contemporary Culture, and was awarded the J.D. Owen Prize in Biblical Studies and the Academic Achievement Award. He holds a B.A. in Theology and Philosophical Studies from St. Joseph College and a B.A. in Spanish from Lamar University. Maria Villanueva
Program Coordinator
Maria Villanueva holds a Master of Arts in Trauma-Informed Leadership from ÖØ¿ÚζSM, where she worked as the administrative assistant in the Office of Student Success and Engagement before joining the PASOS Network as the program coordinator in July 2023. Maria also serves as co-advisor for the Organization of Latin American Students and formerly served as the Secretary of the Staff Council. Maria graduated from North Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in Business Management. She served in the Illinois Student Assistance Commission as a Community Outreach Specialist for high schools in the city of Chicago that have a high population of first-generation students. She also served as the College and Career Coach for Little Village Lawndale High School Campus with an initiative to increase post-secondary enrollment and persistence amongst graduating seniors.
Victor Martinez Macias
Santa Rosa de Lima Fellow
Victor Martinez Macias is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in informatics and theology. As a first-generation college student from an immigrant Mexican background, he is deeply committed to community and cultural representation. Victor serves as the Director of Events for the Organization of Latin American Students, where he highlights and celebrates Latinx cultures on campus. His dedication extends to his role as a Ministry en lo Cotidiano Fellow through University Ministry, and as a TORCH leader, where he supports and guides new students through their transition to ÖØ¿ÚζSM. Victor's diverse involvement reflects his commitment to making a meaningful impact both academically and within his community.
