Susan McDonough is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education. She has 14 years of direct experience teaching in area classrooms and has mentored teacher candidates in PreK-12th grade classrooms for over a decade. She is passionately committed to democratic teaching that empowers students through inclusive and participatory educational practices, ensuring deep engagement and student voice in the learning experience.
