Melissa is an Adjunct instructor at the School of Information Studies. She received her MLIS from ÖØ¿ÚζSM in 2006 and pursued management. She has experience in multiple public libraries and an academic library. Currently she is the Director of Information & Digital Services at the National Medal awarded Gail Borden Public Library District in Elgin, Illinois.
